Our Intent

Our focus is on your spiritual healing and helping you recognize “mind power” or “the power of your mind” and how your mind truly creates your reality. We will support you in connecting with your Higher Self, awakening to your True Self. Wherever you are on your spiritual path of transformation, we will greet you with joy and love and honor you for your presence of being and support you as you transform.

It is a time of great shift and transformation for many of us. Here at Reconnect From Within it is our sincere intent to support all those who desire to increase their level of consciousness, change their current experience, let go of the old behaviors, release the old tapes and awaken to a more joyful, peaceful and loving life.

What exactly does that mean?
We believe the secret to enlightenment and spiritual awakening is an “Inside Job”. It is about connecting with our subconscious mind for spiritual healing. It is more than positive thinking. We will work with you to let go of all the old programming (your negative thoughts) buried in your subconscious mind and bring them to your conscious mind. Thoughts like – I am not good enough, I can’t do this alone, I don’t deserve to be happy, what will others think if I do that, I should do this because, I must depend on others for my happiness, I must look to the outside for my growth and expansion…the list goes on will be brought to the surface to be healed. It is time to let go of the old programs and limiting beliefs and to reunite, reacquaint and reconnect with your true Self, your Higher Self, your Inner Wisdom. Doesn’t matter how you refer to the spiritual aspects of the “Real” you, it is about becoming aware and reconnected (reacquainted) with your Spiritual Self.
