Reconnect From Within

Materials: candle(s), heart shaped rose quartz, and your favorite soft instrumental music.

Select your favorite spot in your home where you feel relaxed and can feel nurtured. Dim the lights to get a warm feeling or just have a few candles burning.

Opening

Put your favorite music on and allow the music to center and ground you.

When you feel ready declare the following:

I am the light and love within, my true Self is my true guide and I awaken to the love within.

Candle Lighting

Light your candle.

The lighting of the candle reminds us of our light within. Close your eyes and focus on the beautiful, strong light that you are. Feel the love within and when you are ready, state the Be Loving Prayer.

Be Loving Prayer

Love is my true essence of being; it is my inheritance from God my Father. I ask the Holy Spirit, the Voice for God to guide me, to be my thoughts and words each day in order to expand love to all. I start each day knowing that I am loved, guided, and I ask to hear the loving sweet voice of joy of the holy Spirit of peace whispering to me of how loved I am in the Oneness of our Father. I give gratitude only to the Oneness I share, as I open my heart to love and the expansion of that love to all of my brothers. Amen

Rose Quartz Ceremony

The heart shaped rose quartz is a reminder of love.

Hold the rose quartz in the palm of your hand, focus on pink light surrounding your heart and repeat this prayer as a reminder to inner love.

I am pure love, I am whole, I see the love in others beyond the physical form of illusion, I heal in love and in the Oneness of my true being.

Close your eyes, repeat the prayer as many times as you like and feel the power of these words. When you are ready open your eyes for the closing.

Closing

Turn off your music so it is silent.

In gratitude I choose Love and go forth in love. Amen
